To better serve our members and participants, the Atlanta Bulldogs Finance Department has set the following guidelines on refunds for Bulldog participants.

 To request a refund for a sports team, make sure you first express in writing and an email two weeks prior to your decision the reasons why you or the participant will be withdrawing from the program and or team. ” This will then be sent to our President and ruling department, where a decision will be made as to whether to move forward with the refund and how much of the cost will be refunded.

 Refunds will be assessed for participants on the basis of the following

o Injury

o Moving

o Scheduling Conflicts

 Changes to registrations can be assessed for the following:

o Moved to another area or location that is +50 miles outside your original address listed on the registration paper work

o Change to a different team

 Unfortunately, refunds will not be assessed for participants due to the following:

o Unhappy with the team or “assignment”

o Weather cancellations

o Request not honored

 All refund request require a $15 admin fee if requested before the summer practice starts and upon approval only 50% will be refunded. After 2 weeks of training and conditioning no refund is given. The amount of money that is refunded is contingent on how much of the season has passed as well as the reason for the refund. For example, a child who suffers an injury with only a short time left in the season will likely not warrant a refund as the entire cost of the season has already been incurred. But an individual looking for a refund prior to the season beginning is likely to get back the entire cost of the registration.

 Refunds that are awarded will be returned in one of three ways:

o System Credit – Partial credit will be allowed for future participation in workouts or upcoming events that call for registration.

o Credit Card Return – If a member paid for the registration in question using a card, the amount will be returned to that card’s account. We are unable to cut a check for any registration paid via a credit or debit card.

 Refunds can only be requested by members listed on the child’s unit. Credit Card returns will only go back on the card originally used to pay for the program. Checks will only be sent to the address listed on the unit.

 The Atlanta Bulldogs will not give refunds or prorated fees for missed practices or games due to a participant registering for a program late.
